PURPOSE: A water storage container with osmotic action to prevent plant death is provided to reduce drying of roots by gradually discharging water into the dried soil by osmotic action by filling a plastic container with cotton yarns. CONSTITUTION: The natural cotton yarns are dehydrated and mixed with thick cotton yarns. The cotton yarns(2) are filled in a plastic container. The tip of the plastic container is sharpened to be stuck on the ground easily. The plastic is made of high quality PVC. A water storage container has a water inlet(1).
