<p>PURPOSE: An outlet device of automatically cutting off consumed standby power is provided to efficiently cut off a consumed standby power of an electronic device according to a power state of an electronic device connected to at least one plug insertion unit. CONSTITUTION: At least one standby power cutoff unit supplies or cuts off the external power to or from an electronic device connected to at least one outlet insertion unit. An outlet power unit(1004) supplies power to an outlet unit through the conversion of an external power of the standby power cutoff unit. The outlet power unit supplies external electric power to an outlet unit through transformation, and a control unit(1001) determines the power state of a connected electronic product by a set standby current. According to a determined power state, the control unit controls the standby power cutoff unit.</p> |
