Thermostatic valve protected against turning on its own

The valve has a thermostat attachment (A) fastened to a valve lower part and including an inner part (1a) and an outer part (2a). The outer part is rotatable by a user or an actuator i.e. servo motor, with respect to the inner part. The thermostat attachment has a control unit for controlling twisting of the outer part with respect to the inner part. The control unit has a toothed ring in which engaging elements are engaged. The engaging elements have cams or a lug that are formed as plastic injection molded parts.
