PURPOSE: A method and a device for auctioning uniform-price bond with bid open way and rules for extending tender round are provided to open all bid information of auction process and ease the time limitation of bidding participation, thereby enabling free and competitive bound bid. CONSTITUTION: A bidding information provider(240) transmits bidding present condition information to a bidder terminal and a publisher terminal. A bidding registration unit(260) registers the bidding information to a data storage unit(220). A bid range calculator(250) selects successful bid-predicted bids. A bid range calculator informs accepted bids to the publisher terminal and bidder terminals. A bidding round management unit(270) transmit information about bidder and dropout to the bidding registration unit.
