A non-voluntary exercise apparatus for training the leg bracing force naturally and efficiently while balancing, by stimulating a foot externally with a physical action. The non-voluntary exercise apparatus comprises a supporting base (2) on which a user place his/her feet, and a plurality of air bags (5) arranged at every part of the upper surface of the supporting base (2) which the soles of the user touch such that the top can be moved freely up and down, wherein the plurality of air bags (5) are provided to operate cooperatively.
