<p>The device for cooling or freezing of products, comprises a cooling tunnel (1), a cooling zone (4) intended between a product inlet (2) and a product outlet (3) of the cooling tunnel, a conveyer belt (6) for transporting the products extends itself through the cooling zone, a supply mechanism and a suction mechanism (10) for consumed coolant. Within the area of the product inlet and/or of the product outlet, a mechanism (12, 13) for air-drying is intended, which exhibits a drying chamber that is arranged to the product inlet and to the product outlet. The mechanism for air-drying comprises an adsorption dehumidifier for drying the air in the drying chamber, and a condensation dehumidifier, whose aggregates are effectively connected with the suction mechanism. The coolant is liquid or cold gaseous carbon dioxide or liquid or cold gaseous nitrogen.</p> |
