PURPOSE: A panel, which prevents the inflow of water using a veneer, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form various edge plates by selecting various kinds of reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a panel is as follows. A reinforcement material(20) on at least the one side of a inner member of a plate form(10) outside is fixed. The front and rear side of the inner member with the reinforcing material fixed, with a decorative panel(30).
