FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for replacement of affected natural heart valves in people. Prosthesis contains body, cuff and disk locking element. Disc stopping element is connected with body by means of its rotation from closed position into open and back, which represents meshed concentric circular hollow, located in disk locking element from the side of its descending surface, and made one-piece with body upper stop with projection, and two lower stops, projecting inside body on its chord separating passing section of body into two unequal parts. Each lower stop has support surface and is provided with reflecting element made in form of slope located at the end of each stop. Slope is made with contact surface located from the side of smaller part of passing section of body. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of blood supply of organism due to reduction of disk locking element wearing during its rotation around body axis during prosthesis operation. ^ 3 cl, 10 dwg |
