FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to treatment of metals under pressure, particularly for connecting parts of angular ""- or L-shape with flat sheet. A package of connected sheets is forced through, while shifted and stepped cuts alternate; thus there is formed a recess and a bottom with a lug and holders on it. On the opposite side there is formed a cut with flowing off metal. An impact with a rib of a composed anvil is directed onto a projection and into the cut, so that metal comes out the boundaries of connected sheets. Also a floating package of puncheons of the facility is designed to travel beyond boundaries of cuts in jaws for free installation of flanges from bars in it. The matrix can be re-installed. There are two slots for installation of angular part, a slot for installation of the composed anvil and an insertion for transfer of dulled sections of the slot to sections with sharp cutting edges and also for replacement of one cross section of the slot to another. ^ EFFECT: raised reliability, strength and expanded process functionality. ^ 11 cl, 22 dwg |
