FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to installation for production of melt iron. The installation consists of at least one reactor of reduction with a fluidisated layer wherein iron ore is reduced and plasticised and of a melting furnace-gasifier whereto there is loaded reduced ore with introduction of oxygen and production of melt iron. Also the installation consists of a line supplying reducing gas coming out the melting furnace-gasifier into the reactor of reduction with the fluidisated layer. A cyclone for collecting fine dispersed iron ore is installed in the reactor of reduction with the fluidisated layer. A gas injector preventing adhesion of fine dispersed iron ore is connected to the cyclone by means of introducing carbon containing gas into the cyclone. The gas injector includes a line of gas supply which, when connected to the cyclone, runs along vertical axis via an upper part of the reactor of reduction with the fluidisated layer.
