FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of ophthalmosurgery. First, carried out is cyclodialysis in one sector at 6 o'clock 15 long to the depth of 2-3 mm, after that at least two coagulants are applied onto the ends of formed cyclodialysis by means of laser Nd:YAG with wavelength 1.44 mcm, pulse energy 10-20 mJ, pulse duration 250 mcs, or tip for diathermocoagulation of phacoemulsificator.
