PHOTOCATALYST-CARRIER, PHOTOCATALYST-FILTER AND ITS MANUFACTURING MMETHOD

PURPOSE: A photocatalyst carrier, a photocatalyst filter, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve filtering efficiency of contaminants by maximizing contact time of the contaminants with photocatalyst materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a photocatalyst carrier includes the following steps: mixing magnesium oxide and sodium silicate in aluminum oxide(210); agitating and melting poly vinyl acetate in kneaded dough(220); making dough for a filter medium by mixing calcium oxide and polyvinyl alcohol 500; mixing the unit dough with TiO2 or ZnO(240); drying the filter medium dough at a room temperature(260); plasticizing the dough(270); and sintering and cooling the dough for 8 hours in 600°C ~ 800°C.
