PURPOSE: A tail lamp apparatus of a vehicle is provided to enable a driver to detect the direction of the vehicle by varying the view from the rear side, and the view from the lateral side. CONSTITUTION: A tail lamp apparatus of a vehicle comprises the following: a light source installed on a base member(21) to irradiate the rear side of the vehicle; a plate type member(31) located on both sides of the light source; and a lens mounted on the base member to cover the rear side of the vehicle. The plate type member includes at least one penetration hold(33). The plate type member is extended to the location close to the rear side of the lens.
