PURPOSE: A packaging box is provided to be easily fabricated, to remarkably improve durability, to make connection of a side unit stronger, to accept articles in the inner part of the packaging box due to an opened upper side of the box. CONSTITUTION: A packaging box comprises: a square bottom; a side unit including four sidewalls(11,12,13,14) which is comprised of inner walls(11b,12b,13b,14b) and outer walls(11a,12a,13a,14a); a inserting protrusions(30) which is protruded from upper part of the sidewall; a break line(41) which is included near the side of the inner wall; and one or more reinforcing unit(40) which is broken from the inner side and is supported from the upper end of the sidewall.
