PURPOSE: A fence for protecting the animal using a guide rail is provided to perform an inserting process of a user when rotating a wire net. CONSTITUTION: A fence for protecting the animal using a guide rail comprises a post(110), a guide rail(120), a protective wire net member(130) and a hinge joint member. The post sticks in the surface around the road with a constant length. The guide rail mutually connects each post in the form of a corrugated plate. The protective wire net member make wild animals do not pass between the guide rail and the surface. The hinge joint member rotatably combines the protective wire net with the post and the guiderail.
