DEVICE FOR CONTROL TESTS OF FIRE-PROOFING COATINGS OF METAL CONSTRUCTIONS

摘要

Device for control tests of fire-proofing coatings for metal constructions relates to measuring engineering and can be used at control of fire-proofing effectiveness of coatings in process of elaboration and production of those. Devices uses non-stationary heating with axial symmetry and consists of steel hollow cylindrical sample to outer surface of which coating under investigation is applied, hollow steel measuring cylindrical insert that is provided with thermo-couples, and cylindrical heat insulator. Device provides increase of accuracy of determination of heat-protective properties of metal constructions, decrease of labor consumption for preparation and implementation of tests and simplification of identification of thermo-physical characteristics of coatings.
