发明名称 ELECTRO-CHEMICAL GAS ANALYZER
摘要 Electro-chemical gas analyzer relates to engineering of measurement of content of dissolved gas in liquid and gas media. It simplifies main metrological characteristics of device – sensitivity and index of inertia, and provides reliable tightening of electrolytic chamber and economy of material of membrane. Electro-chemical gas analyzer has filled with electrolyte chamber with capillary and cathode and anode or anode system that have contact with electrolyte of gas analyzer, at that cathode and anode are separated from environment with selective-permeable membrane as circle, this is pulled to cathode and capillary and is fixed on cathode surface of gas analyzer in closed line with cover that is connected to union nut and arranged as turned up-down cup with axial opening in its bottom. At that the surface of the cathode is conjugated with cathode surface of gas analyzer. In the first variant of gas analyzer membrane is tightened with bottom of cover, at that the edge section of membrane is pressed between the bottom of the cover and tightening ring placed in the cavity of the cover, with given elasticity modulus and height. In second variant of gas analyzer cover is connected with possibility of motion with lightening element placed in its cavity, this is connected to union nut and arranged as turned up-down cup with axial opening in the bottom, and membrane is tightened with that element. At that the edge part of the membrane is pressed between the bottom of tightening element and tightening ring placed in cavity of tightening element, with given elasticity modulus and height. In the third variant of gas analyzer union nut is placed in cavity of the cover and is connected to it with possibility of motion. In the cavity of union nut tightening ring is placed, with given modulus of elasticity and height, and tightening element as washer that is installed on the bottom of union nut and in place of interaction with it has low friction coefficient, and membrane is tightened with that element. At that the end section of membrane is pressed between tightening element and tightening ring.
