PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nonflammable interior and exterior material using yellow soil, a construction insulating material using thereof, and a sandwich panel using thereof are provided to recycle waste materials, and to secure the humidity controlling property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nonflammable interior and exterior material using yellow soil comprises the following steps: mixing 25~35%of yellow soil powder, 2.5~7.5% of binder resin, 8~13% of water, 1~2% of short fiber, 1~2% of chloromethyl cellulose, 30~50% of foaming material powder, and 10~20% of ash powder to form a yellow soil mixture; and extruding the mixture using a mold, and drying.
