PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing fermented allithiamine extract is provided to ensure excellent whitening effect, antioxidation, and skin irritation relief. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains fermented allithiamine extract as an active ingredient. A method for obtaining the fermented allithiamine extract comprises: a step of pulverizing plant containing allicin to obtain plant extract and plant powder; a step of mixing the powder with culture medium of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and culturing Saccharomyces cerevisiae; and a step of removing Saccharomyces cerevisiae and extracting with 60-80%(v/v) of ethanol.
