The device relates to diagnostic kit for simultaneous determination of antibiotics of different classes. The kit includes:firstly, a unique reaction mix including at least the first labeled receptor specifically recognizing-lactams, the second labeled receptor specifically and competitively recognizing tetracycline, and biotynilated fragment of nucleic acid; antibody against sulphamine, and labeled sulphamine analogue;secondly, adsorbing system in form of solid lining including nitrocellulose membrane, on which, in three known and different areas are immobilised, correspondingly, antibiotic with-lactomic nuclea, avidin and antibody able to randomised recognition of antibody against sulphamid;thus, to make the intensity of label appearing on adsorbing system in three test areas separately, the result of competitive recognition of each antibiotic with its labeled receptor. |
