PURPOSE: An array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a pixel voltage range with power lines which different voltages are applied. CONSTITUTION: The first switching device(Qa) is connected to the first data line(171a). The second switching device(Qb) is connected to the second data line(171b) which is adjacent to the first data line. The third switching device(Qc) is connected to a data power line(171c) which is arranged between the first data line and the second data line. The fourth switching device(Qd) is connected to a gate power line(125) which the voltage having the polarity different with the voltage of the data power line is applied.
