PURPOSE: An image consultation device is provided to spend advertisement cost in the way of reducing the cost by preset CPC(Cost Per Call) unit price in hospital account when a client performs consult request or consult reservation through a menu, thereby providing free video consultation to the client. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement management module(100) operates input of hospital information and management of an account. A consultation management module(200) provides consultation with communication of a client(500). An integrated server(610) stores the hospital information, a WEB(300) or WAP(Wireless application protocol)(400) information, and information about consultation request or consultation reservation. The synthesis server takes charge of configuration of the WEB and WAP and fee subtraction of the account. A repeater(620) connects the communication devices and the consultation management module. |
