PURPOSE: A pileus-gills type helium condenser and a helium condensing apparatus including thereof are provided to include a structure than reduces the cross section of a cooling pin contacting with helium for cooling. CONSTITUTION: A pileus-gills type helium condenser comprises the following: a body in a hemi spherical shape, formed with a metal with the improved thermal conductivity; multiple cooling pins(24) located in a pileus-gills shape along to the peripheral direction of the body; a penetration hole(28) formed in the center of the body; an auxiliary cooling hood(30) covering the cooling pin; a helium guide unit(42) arranged in the penetration hole; and a connecting member(40) combined to the auxiliary cooling hood.
