METHOD FOR BALANCING INCLINED ABRASIVE DISC

The invention relates to area of grinding and can be used for balancing fixed in inclined positions abrasive discs. The method includes fixation of disc between two cylindrical bodies with correction loads and equilibration of moment unbalance through controlled displacement of loads. First one determines dimensions of loads, masses of those and angular dimensions of each pair of loads with respect to vertical plane. After that by means of displacement of loads in each pair to opposite sides by given angle with respect to vertical plane one performs preliminary equilibration of unbalance. Following equilibration of unbalance is carried out periodically depending on value of working out the disc through displacement of loads in each pair to opposite sides by given angle. Use of the invention provides simplification of balancing inclined abrasive disc in process of its working out.
