The invention proposes a low-energy electron flow measuring device comprising a linear heat unit connected to a connector for heater connection, a connector for an electron gun connected to a power unit, in series connected a bullet amplifier and a connector, a spectrometric amplifier and a discriminator. Discriminator output is connected to a digital counting-rate meter. Output of the discriminator is connected to the digital counting-rate meter and an analog counting-rate meter, first output of the digital counting-rate meter is connected to the linear heat unit, second output of the digital meter is connected to a computer, output of the linear heat unit is connected to the computer. |
