PURPOSE: An electrochemical biosensor strip is provided to stabilize contact with socket terminal and to reduce measurement failure rate of biosensor product. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor strip comprises: a lower plate(10) having an electrode unit comprising first conductive thin film(16) and second conductive thin film(14); a middle plate(30) having a sample supply unit(32) for supplying a sample to electrode; an immortalizing reagent(18) for immortalizing on the upper portion of the first conductive thin film; and the upper plate(40) having a vent(42) which is connected to the sample supply unit. The first conductive thin film is formed from gold, platinum, palladium, or mixture thereof. The second thin film is formed from nickel, titanium, chrome, silver, copper, or mixture thereof.
