A method for modification of tunnel vestibuloplastics comprises the vertical cut along lip frenulum with length of 20-, horizontal cuts in premolar area from both sides parallel to transitive fold, with length of ,formation of submucosal tunnel with the subsequent moving of submucosal tissue complex and removal of connective tissues and muscular tissues, suturing out of vertical cut and fixation of mucous membrane up to periosteum on depth of formed vestibule. In a site of horizontal cuts near premolars free mucosal transplants taken with underpalatum site are placed and fixed with sutures. |
