The lamp has a hollow base (20) mounted on a reflecting lamp-shade (30), and a ballast (10) assembled in a detachable manner on the base. A fluorescent tube (12) is assembled in a detachable manner on the ballast. An assembling seat (40) is assembled on the reflecting lamp-shade and combined with the base to lock in a detachable manner the reflecting lamp-shade between the base and the assembling seat. A periphery of the base is provided with a hollow assembling part (21), and an internal part of the base is provided with a reception chamber (24) to receive the reflecting lamp-shade.
