TWO STAGE PLASTIC HARMONIC DRIVE

PURPOSE: Two stage plastic harmonic drives are provided to prevent damage and deformation by arranging a flexpline and a circular spline in coplanar. CONSTITUTION: A first deceleration unit(20) is connected to a rotary shaft of a drive motor and decelerates the rotation speed firstly. A second deceleration unit is connected to the first deceleration unit and the decelerates the rotation speed of the first deceleration unit. The first deceleration unit and the second deceleration unit(30) locate in coplanar. A wave generator is a ring shape in which the internal gear is formed. A sun gear(21) is located at the center of the wave generator and is connected to the rotary shaft of the drive motor. At least 3 planetary gears(22) are engaged with the internal gear and sun gear of the wave generator.
