The framework (1) has spacers (4) for connecting two trellis type inner and outer panels (2, 3), where each panel has an assembly of an upper crosspiece (5), a lower crosspiece (6) and posts. The posts are aligned vertically by resting on the lower crosspiece and supporting the upper crosspiece and intermediate crosspieces at their top parts. A thermal insulating layer (13) is housed between the panels, where the layer has thickness less than a free space left between the panels to form a ventilated air space (14) between the layer and one of the panels. An independent claim is also included for a structure comprising a wall.
