The method involves introducing parison into mold cavities, and introducing a core inside the parison. The cavities are placed in contact with the core. The parison is piled on the cavities by blowing and/or vacuum extraction, where a pocket with shape complementary to that of hollows of the cavities is formed during piling. A communication component is placed on an internal wall of the parison. The parison is finally molded by blowing and/or thermoforming. A skin (12) of a fuel tank (10) is cut to provide access to the component e.g. filler neck, fixed on the pocket.
