A COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING TISSUE CULTURED PANAX GINSENG ADVENTITIOUS ROOTS EXTRACT AND AN PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing wild ginseng adventitious root extract is provided to enhance skin moisturization effect without skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin moisturization and skin protection contains 0.1-10 weight% of wild ginseng adventitious root extract as an active ingredient. The extract is isolated using purified water, low alcohol of C1-C5, polyvalent alcohol or mixture thereof as a solvent. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of tissue cultured-wild ginseng adventitious root with purified water, low alcohol of C1-C5, polyvalent alcohol, or mixture thereof; a step of maturing at 10-120°C to obtain extract; and a step of manufacturing cosmetic composition containing the extract and cosmetic ingredients.
