PURPOSE: A management strategy simulation system and a method thereof are provided to share one system with other companies in each enterprise and offer a result suitable for each company environment and business to each enterprise, thereby reducing cost. CONSTITUTION: A data transceiving unit(11) transceives data with an external terminal. A data statistics processor(12) performs arbitrary statistics processing by received response. A fixed value forming unit(13) forms a predetermined fixed value by the received response. A floating value forming unit(14) forms a predetermined floating value from the fixed value. A simulation unit(15) performs business strategy simulation by the fixed value and floating value.
