PURPOSE: A vacuum pressure medical sterilizer using low temperature plasma is provided to sterilized the inside and outside of medical devices and materials. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pressure medical sterilizer using low temperature plasma includes: a chamber(11) which accepts medical devices and materials; a door installed at the front; a display unit formed in the front part of the body; a key operation part; and a small printer. The chamber includes: a first air filter(21) which filters impurities among the air; a first composite filter(23) which eliminates bacteria among the air; a first ozone decomposition device(25) which decomposes ozone gas among the air; a first vacuum pressure pump(26) which makes the inside of the chamber in the vacuum condition; and a second ozone decomposition device(27) which emits the ozone. |
