PURPOSE: A method of making packaged boiled rice is provided to make the packaged boiled rice as a perfect substitute of instant noodle or rice noodle by eating the boiled rice with powder-type side dish or paste-type side dish. CONSTITUTION: A method of making packaged boiled rice includes a step for wrapping the boiled rice(101) with powder-type side dish(102) or paste-type side dish(103). The powder-type side dish includes laver powder, fine salt, sesame, white sugar, egg flake, carrot flake and cayenne pepper. The paste-type side dish includes red pepper paste and sesame oil.
