<p>The device has a semi-rigid rubber plate (1) provided with an opening (2) through which a cord (3) i.e. nylon cord, passes. The cord permits installation of the plate. A section of the plate comprises a rabbet (4) to arrange the cord. A loop of the cord is crimped by an aluminum ring (5). The plate is made of rubber material having hardness of 70 shores.</p>
