PURPOSE: An on-line commerce system and a method thereof are provided to use an IP(Internet Protocol) address as a unique identifier of a user in an authentication stage, thereby increasing the stability and security of information exchange. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(102) performs registration about personal information to a card company server(104). According to the personal information, the card company server issues card information through a communication network. The card company server processes payment corresponding to the card information. A portable memory device(101) stores the card information. According to the input of personal identification information through the user terminal, the portable memory device permits the use approval of the card information. |
