The device has a bag filled with 100 liters of water, and a gearing arranged at bottom of a pulley system. A climbing blocker is fixed to the bag by a snap hook for blocking guiding and sliding of a stub upwards, while blocking straightening of the stub for leaving the hands of a skipper free to carry out the straightening procedure. Handles are fixed on multiple faces of the bag to seize and to empty the bag. A small pocket is formed with thickness of 8 cm. A band of 10cm is provided inside the bag, where the band is made of same materials as that of the bag.
