PURPOSE: A pulsator unit for a washing machine and a washing machine including the same are provided to improve detergency by forming composite water current with transferring the laundry and a first and a second pulsators by a roller member. CONSTITUTION: A pulsator unit for a washing machine comprises a first pulsator(40) which generates rotation water flow, a rod member(50) which is installed in the upper side of the first pulsator with a predetermined slope angle and is formed to slope to the central axis of the first pulsator, and a second pulsator(60) which generates elevation water current and is relatively rotatably axis-connected about the rod member. The center of the wobble movement of the second pulsator is formed in the cross point of the central axis of the central axis of the first pulsator and the rod member.
