PURPOSE: An anaerobic digestion device with complete circulation function using a sparging stirrer and a method thereof are provide to improve stirring efficiency by dividing a space around a sparging stirrer into internal partitions. CONSTITUTION: An anaerobic digestion device comprises the following: a cylindrical body part; a sparging stirrer(120) in which an agitating shaft is vertically formed and is installed on the center of the body part; a lower through-hole(132) formed around the sparging stirrer; an inner partition; a digestion liquid circulation part circulating the digestion liquid to an upper part; and a digestion gas circulation part circulating the digestion gas into the digestion liquid.
