PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of rice cake is provided to improve taste with good beneficial components of herbal medicines and fermented liquid manufactured by fermenting the herbal medicines such as Sasa borealis or mulberry leaf. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of rice cake includes the following steps: mixing fermented liquid of herbal medicines with rice flour; steaming a compound including rice flour and the fermented liquid; and applying the fermented liquid on the surface of the rice cake. The fermented liquid is gained by fermenting brown sugar 20 ~ 30 parts by weight and Sasa borealis 100 parts by weight in 20 ~ 25°C for 6 ~ 10 months. |
