<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic hard coat film excellent in transmittance and light resistance and giving good conductivity independent from the ambient environment (humidity) by using a combination of a π conjugate conductive polymer having an electronic conduction structure and a quaternary ammonium salt conductive monomer having an ionic conduction structure, and to provide a polarizing plate and a display, having the antistatic hard coat film. <P>SOLUTION: The antistatic hard coat film includes a substrate 11 and a hard coat layer 12 on the substrate 11, the layer containing a π conjugate conductive polymer and a quaternary ammonium salt conductive monomer or its polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
