<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which originates in nature, that is nature-oriented and plant-oriented in cosmetics lately, containing an inhibitor to lipid peroxide production having high effectiveness, and further sustaining its lipid peroxide inhibitory effectiveness over a prolonged time.
