PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shell structure relaxing a muffled sensation or a closed sensation specific to an ear-hole type hearing aid, as much as possible, without having to rely on a vent tube, and keeping the degree of the risk of howling to be low, even when the vent tube is arranged, and small in an oppressing sensation to an ear channel in mounting it. SOLUTION: The ear-hole type hearing aid 10 include: a hollow shell member 11 formed into a tapered short tubular shape to fit in the shape of the entrance of an external ear canal and provided with a sound hole 112 at a tip directed to an eardrum side, a face plate 12 for closing an end face on the side opposite to the sound hole of the shell member and is composed, by arranging a pair of a pair of battery contact pieces 13 and microphones 14 on the inner surface of the face plate 12, and housing an amplifier 15 and a receiver 16 in the shell member 11, and a plurality of dimples 111 are formed on the front surface of the shell member 11 by being distributed uniformly.
