PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil lubricating device preventing blow-by gas from flowing into an oil return passage. SOLUTION: The lubricating device includes: an oil return passage (first to third oil return passages 26, 29, 30, an oil drain pipe 31) for returning engine oil separated by an oil separator 25 interposed between blow-by gas passages (a passage 20, a breather chamber 9) into an oil pan 3; and an oil supply passage (an oil strainer 41, an oil supply pipe 44) on which an oil pump is provided. An intake port 43 of the oil supply passage and an outflow port 31a of the oil return passage are provided on a portion consistently immersed in the engine oil within the oil pan. An outflow port of the oil return passage is provided on a position where an intake negative pressure applied on the outflow port of the oil return passage is larger than an inlet pressure applied on the oil supply passage by the oil pump.
