PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a biological sample image-acquiring apparatus capable of efficiently acquiring the image of a sample region; a biological sample image-acquiring method; and a program. SOLUTION: The blur of the sample region is avoided even when the start period of exposure for an imaging device is prior to the stop time point of a sample stage by making a stage follow to the sample stage. Further, the start period of the exposure for the imaging device is prior to the stop time point of the sample stage, so that the time from a stage start time point to an imaging completion time point is shortened for one sample region.
