PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measurement apparatus for ensuring the measurement accuracy equivalent to the conventional measurement accuracy without increasing the number of measurements, reducing a measurement interval, and inhibiting a power increase. SOLUTION: The number of the measurements is divided. A flow rate is calculated based on a propagation time from a timing means at a predetermined time interval. The calculated flow rate is stored in a first flow rate storing means 19. Each time a predetermined number of the predetermined time intervals are elapsed, the flow rate is calculated based on the propagation time from a propagation time adding means 18.
