摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein an output quantity of power generation can be enhanced by reducing thermal resistance in an electrode configuration part, and even when the filling density of thermoelectric conversion elements is increased by reducing the size of the thermoelectric conversion elements and an arrangement interval thereof, plating treatment can be easily and accurately applied to the end faces of the thermoelectric conversion elements. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module 1 includes a formation body 14 provided with p-type thermoelectric conversion elements 10 and n-type thermoelectric conversion elements 11, plated layers 15 formed on the end faces of the p-type thermoelectric conversion elements 10 and the n-type thermoelectric conversion elements 11 which are exposed to both the end faces of the formation body 14, and resin substrates 17 on which electrodes 18 for mutually connecting both the end faces of the p-type and n-type thermoelectric conversion elements 10, 11 with the plated layers 15 formed thereon so that the p-type and n-type thermoelectric conversion elements 10, 11 are alternately and electrically connected in series through bonding members 16.
