<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the workability of non-destructive inspection and ultrasonic flaw inspection. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic probe with a pen is constituted by attaching a slide type small-sized pen support material to an ultrasonic probe and setting a pen 6 and a pen cover 4 to insert them in the slide type small-sized pen support material. A slit is provided in the slide type small-sized pen support material and also in the pen cover 4.
