PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device improved in visibility by suppressing outdoor daylight reflection. SOLUTION: This relates to an organic light-emitting display device and its manufacturing method, and the organic light-emitting display device comprises a substrate member, a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the substrate member, a pixel definition film which has a plurality of apertures exposing the pixel electrode and are formed on the substrate member, an organic luminous layer formed on the pixel electrode, a first common electrode formed on the organic luminous layer and the pixel definition film, a transmission film formed on the first common electrode, and a second common electrode formed on the transmission film. The pixel definition film includes a pixel definition part having the apertures and a plurality of light scattering spacer parts which are formed projecting from the pixel definition part in the direction of the first common electrode.
